Hideo Ueda: Born in Tama City, Tokyo, Japan in 1953. Nature recording artist. Founded and represented “Ueda Nature Sound” in 1990. Japan’s leading field recording expert and pioneer of natural sound recording. He continues to digitally record the sounds of wild birds, insects, frogs, mammals, and other creatures in general, as well as the sounds of natural scenery. There are more than 500 species. He also shoots video and photography, and has published numerous books and CDs. The vast sound library has provided materials for a wide variety of applications, including co-authored books, textbooks and teaching materials, and commercials. His works are actively disseminated on his official website, YouTube, and SNS. He has released a wild bird sound albums “Bird Songs of Japan 100” (7 titles in the series) on all digital platforms.
