なお、「一般リリース音源」とは、鑑賞用として一般に配信・販売されている、当レーベルの音楽作品（楽曲・音源）を指します。
※ 本ガイドラインは、日本国内外を問わず適用されます。
【ご利用範囲】
ご購入いただいた音楽（音源データ）は、個人で楽しむ範囲（私的使用） に限りご利用いただけます。
【禁止事項】
以下の行為は禁止しております。
● 音源データの無断転載、複製、再配布（インターネットへのアップロード、SNS・動画サイトへの投稿、第三者への共有・送信を含みます）
● 動画、ゲーム、配信、配信用BGM等への無断使用（YouTube・TikTok・各種SNS等での使用を含み、これらに限りません）
● 音源の改変、加工、および商用利用（編集・切り抜き・サンプリング利用を含みます）
● その他、私的使用の範囲を超える利用
【法人・事業利用について】
店舗BGM、イベント使用、企業動画、広告、配信番組等でのご利用は、別途許諾が必要です。
【著作権・著作隣接権について】
「一般リリース音源」は、ロイヤリティフリー素材ではありません。
著作権および著作隣接権は、すべて当社（アーティスト／レーベル）に帰属し、自主管理しております。
※ （主要音楽配信サイトでリリースしている楽曲はその大半をNexToneに登録していますが）当社が直接ダウンロード販売している楽曲については、NexTone／JASRAC等の著作権管理団体には登録しておりません。私的使用の範囲を超えるご利用をご希望の場合は、事前に許諾が必要です。必ずご利用前にお問い合わせください。

Purchased audio files may be used for personal and private listening only.

● Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of audio files (including uploading to the internet, posting on social media or video platforms, and transferring files to friends or third parties)
● Use of the audio in videos (such as YouTube, TikTok, etc.), games, livestreams, podcasts, or as background music for any content
● Modification, editing, sampling, remixing, or any commercial use of the audio files
● Any other use beyond personal/private use
Business and Commercial Use
Use for stores, restaurants, events, corporate videos, advertisements, streaming programs, public performances, or any other business-related purposes requires separate permission.

This work is NOT royalty-free material.
All copyrights are owned and independently managed by us (the artist / label).
(Although the majority of our tracks released on major music streaming platforms are registered with NexTone) Please note that works sold directly by us are not registered with copyright management organizations such as NexTone or JASRAC.

Governing Version
In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and the English version of these guidelines, the Japanese version shall prevail.
